Who is Noah Ward?

Noah is a 21-year-old realtor in Sarasota, Florida. He built a six figure GCI business, just from TikTok and YouTube alone in the last eight months, while also carving out a path for real estate development. As he focuses on real estate development, he’s gathered investors nationally, internationally, all over the place. Noah knew at a young age that he didn’t want to do a traditional nine to five job. Today he’s absolutely crushing it in the business and crushing it with video.

“If you’re not gonna be consistent, don’t even bother doing it at all…because consistency at the end of the day is going to be crucial for your success.”

“The way I look at it, I hope that I get more people that hate on me, because it means that I’m doing something that they wish that they were doing or doing something that obviously care enough to take enough time out of their day to comment.”

“But at the end of the day, if you haven’t built genuine relationships with your followers, you are not going to turn that into business.”

“If you’re scared of it, I think that’s something that you should actually run towards because it’s something out of your comfort zone…and when you get out of your comfort zone, that is when you actually grow as a person.”
