Quotations

“Once you start buying investment properties, you become addicted to it and you just want more and more and more because you see how that passive income just becomes part of your life and you see how easily it can be made. My dad was a landlord, so that’s what kind of showed me that I wanted to also be a landlord. I saw how that worked, and once I started buying properties, I couldn’t stop. I remember even at one point telling my friends like, okay, I’m done now. I’m not buying anymore. And then the one day I was sitting for coffee with a friend, I was like, so guess what I did, she’s like, you bought another property. And I was like, yeah, it almost became a joke. And that was a few properties ago.”

“Your time in the market is way more important than timing the market.”
