There’s a better way to do business. We are talking on this episode about pitching, how not to pitch, and instead do a better job in your business of building relationships.

Serve Others First

I shared on an episode about how I was at Podfest and there was great panel speaking about podcasting and growing your podcast, and this lady stood up and boldly said, “How do I monetize my show?” I said, “Hey, I don’t have a question, but do you mind if I address what she just said?” If you seek to pitch and just monetize, you’re doing it wrong.

Seek to help people. Seek to build relationships. That is a much better way to do business. I’ve seen that with my podcast. I’ve seen that with everything I’m doing within the real estate world, with my clients, but also on this other side of my business with podcasting, coaching realtors.

Cold Pitching Never Works

In this episode, I tell you about Lucas, a guy who is doing it all wrong, and Jennifer, who is doing it right. I was shocked by the way Lucas treated me. Take a listen, and see what you think.
