Who is Walter Key?

Walter Key is a 21-year Navy veteran. He’s been a landlord since 2011, and he was licensed in 2018 while still on active duty. Walter has owned properties in multiple states.

He bought his first house in 2001, which was early in his Navy career. He then sold it less than two years later at a $25,000 profit. He obtained his real estate license in May of 2018, and in 2019, Walter made six figures. He doubled that in 2020.

Walter Key is in the top 3% of his entire region for closed transactions in just over two years as a solo agent, and he’s never paid a dime for marketing lead gen advertising. Walter Key has much to teach us!
